Ichiban Pan-asian Cuisine - Charleston

Waited over an hour to get our food and when we finally were served it wasn't even good. The waitress kept telling people in our party that they would not like certain dishes ECT. After complaining about wait time and the fact that we'd have to scarf our food down due to them closing within minutes of our food coming the manger said she'd give us atleast a 50 percent discount and when we got our checks it was only 20. All in all this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant , will never go again and do not recommend. Go somewhere else before you waste your money at this establishment.

The staff at this restaurant were fantastic! We always enjoy sitting at the sushi bar, and it's even better when the chefs are so knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. It made for a perfect dinner! Thank you so much, we can't wait to visit again soon!

The service at this restaurant was exceptional and the food was excellent. All three of us ordered the Tuna Poke bowl and it was incredibly delicious. The price was very reasonable and the portion size was generous. The sushi chef, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was very friendly and made conversation with all of us, even our 10-year-old. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant soon.

This sushi restaurant is terrible. It's not authentic Japanese sushi at all. The rice had a strong vinegar taste and was too firm. The portions were small for the high price of $70. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning. None of the sushi pieces were good, and even the "crunch roll" didn't have any crunch to it.
