This place is often SLAMMED. Employees work their butts off. Service is always awesome. Food quality has always been awesome. No dine in option but it's THE place to pick up a pie on Johns Island. Also one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Garlic knots andthe brownie are awesome too. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ji's Pizza:
Got the rancher pizza and it was really good! Had fresh tomatoes and good flavor. The chicken parm sub might have been the worst I've ever had. The bread was soggy and the chicken was just chunks with no breading. I'd definitely return for the pizzabut the sandwich was very disappointing. View all feedback.
Went back after I said i wouldn’t, everyone deserves a second chance somehow the place won me back over my son wanted pizza and everyone was sweet. Always had the best pizza.
Ordered half and half, have always been charged the price of the more expensive one. This time they made it 50% more. Plus a 4% card fee. $55 for one pizza is ridiculous.
Great pizza and Stromboli, 14 in and Stromboli is plenty for 2 people to share.
First and last time I will go here!!! went to order 3 slices of pizza and was told It's annoying when we order by a slice. why sell it by the slice if it's annoying. I didnt mine ordering a pizza if she was not so rude!!!
Ordered 1 Stromboli 1 Great White husband drove 30 min to pick up and there was no marinara sauce then I cut in to my calzone that was not a great white, there was meat in it. I called them and they said they would make another one for FREE which is not FREE because it was the wrong order I said I wanted to bring both back to get fresh as my husbands would be cold 1 hr later and I hear the manager tell the guy on the phone no only FREE great white which is NOT FREE!!! So I said we would bring them back and get our money back. I will never buy any food from there again and after 3 yrs of ordering from them I will take my business elsewhereWorst customer service ever and poor food quality
