Edmund's Oast - Charleston

Everything about this restaurant was fantastic. Chelsea has created a wonderful atmosphere in the kitchen area, and Vincent was an exceptional and dedicated server. For an appetizer, we tried a dish with black garlic that was remarkable. The beer was among the best I've ever tasted, and the overall design of the place was stylish and open, much more welcoming than a typical measuring room. I can’t recommend Edmund's Oast enough. I hope to return someday. The mac and cheese truly changed my perspective. Thank you!

Came out of town. Wow, what a fantastic recommendation. The charcuterie board was great. Great arrangement of meat and of course the cheese you need to add to it to accompany it. Then we had the pig bell. Omg so good. Crispy on the outside and melt in the mouth inside. Cold crab and shrimp salad was delicious. I didn't want to try it as a seafood fan. It was so refreshing. Many different taste profiles in every bite. Then for the duck we ordered the hanger steak. Call this my last meal! So juicy cooked to perfection. They also had these fried potato cake things. It was like an upscale Tator death! All right. The roasted carrots and mushrooms were the perfect recommendation of our waiter. This is a fantastic place! If you ever go in town or if you are in town you must go at least once a week! I would like to come back from Saint Louis to have it again! Also our waiter waiter phenomenal! Knew about everything on the menu answers all the questions and made the meal perfect! Great job!

This place is excellent! We sat at the cooking counter and watched how all cooks make their food. Out Server was amazing and very informative. He even treated us with a beautiful birthday contract at the end of our amazing meal. The chefs played every role to look at food and taste amazing. I took my husband here for a birthday dinner because he loves beer, homebow and good food. All Edmond's Oast beer we tried was great!! I loved red pepper Ale. I had the grilled octopus and it melted in my mouth. I know that octopus melts in your mouth? I photograph and make art so that I was naturally amazed by the coating of everything! My husband and I both agreed that every single bite was full of flavors. Everything is also local: Can't wait to go back and try everything else!

You have the best burger. I don't know how they did it, but it was just twice as good as the next best burger I ever had. I can't really stop thinking about it. I could move from Columbus, OH to Charleston so I can have the burger for the rest of my life at least once a week.

First time ever being there was amazing . Loved the food so goood!! and the appetizer was wonderful also they brought out the best gluten free bread hadn't eaten that much bread in forever .. very good .
