Cozumel Express - Charleston

I absolutely love this restaurant! I work in downtown Charleston and make it a point to come here for lunch at least once a week. Their Thursday drink special is unbeatable, and the food is always delicious. I highly recommend their expressive lunch—it's the best deal in Charleston! The staff provides exceptional service; they're always friendly and professional!

Always delicious, this is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. My boyfriend and I consistently have a fantastic experience every time we visit. The staff is wonderful, and we always receive exceptional service.

We began with the sweet chili shrimp, which was absolutely delicious. I ordered a birria quesadilla while my boyfriend chose the enchiladas, and we were both extremely satisfied with our meals. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.

Hey everyone, I absolutely loved this place during my first three visits. I always order the Berria tacos for takeout. However, something seemed off during my fourth visit today. They added an extra tortilla shell and used less meat, which wasn't seasoned as well as before. Additionally, they provided three-quarters of a cup of one dipping sauce and a quarter cup of another for two orders—why not just combine them into one cup to reduce waste? If my next experience is as disappointing as this one, I won’t be coming back. As a foodie, I really value consistency in my meals, and I don't appreciate the changes.
