Cook Out - Charleston

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited for over 10 minutes at the Drive-Thru speaker without anyone acknowledging me. Finally, when there were no cars in front of me, I decided to move to the window. After another minute, a large, friendly guy with an unusual beard came to the window and simply asked, "What do you want?" I was taken aback and tried to apologize for the wait, but he interrupted me and said, "What's your order?" That was the only interaction I had with him. The establishment looked messy inside, but the food was good. The only redeeming quality was the shake, which was excellent.

I love this place. the shakes are amazing, especially the ananas. There are a lot of pages.

This cookout must have some of the RUDEST/unqualified employees! the line is always absurd and the inconsistency of eating! this restaurant is urgently necessary to better management or new employees! if we could give it a zero or a negatiw, it would be much more accurate for the experience.

I had a disappointing experience recently. The service used to be good a few months ago, but now there's a new girl who seems overwhelmed. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and displayed zero customer service skills. She got my order wrong three times. When she’s working, I don’t plan to come back. Her name is Simaya, and she clearly lacks training. I usually eat here twice a week, but I’m reconsidering.

If you're in the mood for fast food, this is the best option among the less desirable choices. It seems like they use quite a bit of liquid smoke in their dishes.
