I usually love eating at Bojangles, but during my last visit, we were disappointed to receive undercooked and overcooked chicken in our 20-piece family meal ($43.00). I expect better quality for the price and would like my chicken to be consistently cooked well during every visit. However, the cookies at Bojangles are always amazing! View all feedback.
What Dawn Marquardt doesn't like about Bojangles:

Bojangles on Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston is one of my favorite Bojangles locations to go for delicious chicken, biscuits, and sides. This Bojangles is very convenient to get to from the interstate and is a good place to stop when you are hungry and it is Bo time. I have enjoyed coming here throughout the years.
I try to eat healthy but sometimes I just can't help but get a CAJUN CHICKEN BISCUIT WITH EGG AND CHEESE
Only one way to find out is to visit n experience yourself .. It's Awesome #Chicken&Biscuits yummmmm
Cleanliness is missing from this place. The restroom was disgusting and had flies in it. The floors in the dining room were sticky. Now the food was good and fresh. But that could be because I ordered breakfast at 130.
Stopped by 3 days in a row for a biscuit at 6 am. Girl with attitude says What you want . Gave my order, shes says we don 't have biscuits. Want a bunch. Definitely needs some customers service training.
