My wife e... read more My wife, who is deaf, and I have visited this Dunkin' location several times but have been disappointed each time because the inside is always locked. My wife enjoys getting her coffee independently while I'm at work. As a result, she often ends up at Starbucks, which she finds overpriced and doesn't particularly enjoy, but at least she can go inside and read people's lips to understand conversations. Despite this, she prefers Dunkin'. This morning, she mentioned that she plans to drive 10 miles to the Dunkin' in Mentor just to enjoy her favorite coffee. I assured her that as long as she's safe, I don't mind where she goes for her Dunkin', even if it means driving to the Service Plazas in Mantuna off the Turnpike.

They even remember my name when I order in the morning. Unlike other places where the coffee can vary in taste, here they get it right every time, which is a big reason why I keep returning. The employees are so kind and always smiling which definitely puts a smile on my face.
