The staff here are really friendly! Since I live close by, I might be a bit partial, but this Casey's is my favorite. I typically order food from here once every few weeks.
I placed an order online and was told to expect a one-hour wait. I arrived a bit early, but they informed me that I was too early and they were busy. I left and came back, only to find out that my ticket had been pushed to the back of the line. They apologized and mentioned that my order hadn't even been started yet. Wow, that's not what I was originally told. I've seen how the ticket situation was managed, and the frustrating part is that I already paid online, so I'm committed to this order.
The store and restrooms are clean. The coffee is served hot and not watered down, which is great. The tea is also quite good.
