I had a brief experience on closing day where I waited about 15 minutes to place my order. When I reached the window, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with smiles from both ladies. Despite the wait, the food was hot and fresh.
I have been in Chapin 20 yrs and been many, many times. I have always enjoyed the food I ordered. Over the years the service has been up and down. They make your food when ordered, so it takes longer than others but you can taste the difference
My husband and I dined here tonight, and the food was not only fresh and delicious but also looked just like the dishes in the advertisements. The staff we encountered were extremely friendly and efficient. Even though we didn’t order a lot, we had a really pleasant experience. I highly recommend checking out Chapin Hardee's!
I enjoy Hardee's and believe they offer a great menu with interesting new combinations. We visited for lunch around 1:00 PM and were the only customers at that time. Unfortunately, it seemed like my burger had been sitting under a heat lamp instead of being made fresh, so it wasn't as hot as I would have liked. Nonetheless, it was still tasty. The jalapeño poppers, on the other hand, were excellent. I will definitely be back.
The Absolute Best Hardee's I Have Ever Been to. They cook the chicken fresh on my sandwich and gave me a drink while I waited what and experience!
