Hardee's - Chapel Hill

I arrived at the restaurant after a long night at the hospital with my pregnant partner. We got there around 5 o'clock, just 20 minutes after they opened. The staff was friendly and efficient, and our food arrived quickly and tasted amazing. I was a bit worried about dining so early, but they provided excellent service.

I have received consistently poor service at this restaurant for years. On May 6, 2019, at 7 pm, I was the only car in the drive-thru line and there were no other customers in the restaurant. Despite being the only customer, the employee taking my order seemed preoccupied and I had to repeat my order three times. After the employee still didn't understand me after three attempts, I decided it was time to leave. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I recommend that you avoid it as well.

The dining experience was pleasant, but the young staff member was left alone while their coworkers were attending to customers in the front.

Hardee's has great burgers and other sandwiches. Be prepared to wait just a tad longer than you would at Burger King or Wendy's, and also be prepared to pay a little more; however, the extra wait and prices are justified by the better quality.

It is a fast restaurant. not much to say. eating is better than most almost food burgers. normally hot and fresh. Food: 4/5
