Good restaurant at Governors Village. The atmosphere is great and the terrace is very beautiful. They have heating for the terrace and the staff was overly courteous. The cocktails are good here. Food is tasty, but not quite with Hawthorne Wood, so this is more like a 4.5 star rating. Eating is also a bit heavy, so have an appetite when you go. Definitely worth a trip.

I enjoyed the roasted rice, which had a great flavor and a generous portion. I opted to add shrimp for an extra $4, but I was a bit disappointed to find only three shrimp in my meal. Perhaps there was a mistake in the kitchen, but for $4, I expected something more. The shrimp were pretty average, too. I ended up taking half of my meal home and later went to the fresh market, where I found six freshly-cooked shrimp for just $3.40.

Now, let’s talk about the burgers — they were amazing! They cook the meat exactly to your preference, and mine was cooked to a perfect medium rare. It was so tasty that I was seriously tempted to order a second one just to try more of the mouthwatering options on the menu. For dessert, we had the chocolate lava cake, which was equally delicious. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to return with my husband. Plus, it's great to support the two wonderful Brazilian women who own the restaurant. We need more female-led establishments like this!

The restaurant experience was outstanding. It had a lovely upscale atmosphere that wasn't too loud or overcrowded. The server was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu items. My wife requested the Brussels sprouts, which were part of a special, and the chef kindly substituted them as a side dish for her meal. I had the Shaved Salmon Pasta, which was a bit rich but still fantastic, and I ended up finishing the whole plate. The appetizers were on the smaller side, likely suitable for one person each, so we ordered two to share, which made for a satisfying start. The dessert was also delicious.
