Omg Donuts Coffee - Chaotte

Their donuts are nothing short of amazing. Some may say glazed are boring... they're my personal favorite.... then the chocolate iced. It's 7:30 pm and now I wish they were open.

The coffee was good but the customer service was terrible. Both employees were very rude when I politely asked them to remake my coffee because they added sweetener without asking if that 's what I wanted. They looked me in the face and told me that it wasn 't sweet.......? My boyfriend and I both tasted it and it absolutely had sugar so I 'm not sure why they were arguing with me about it, but I had to explain that I tasted it and it absolutely has sugar and I can 't eat sugar. They didn 't apologize or anything, just made another and silently handed it to me straight faced. No smiles, no have a nice day , just surly employees who seemed annoyed that they had a customer. And these weren 't teenagers but grown women. Very odd. Won 't be returning, even though the coffee was good.

I am so glad I found out about this place from my daughter! They have the best donuts and it's always so good! And the workers and owners are always so welcoming! We try to make it on once a week for a donut for lunch! <3 we love it ! Won't be going to any other donut shop!

OMG has a good thing going. Donuts are delicious. Gotta try the carmel bacon donut and the buttermilk donut. The reason for not 5 stars is, for my taste, the donuts are too thick and not fluffy enough, and the icing is too sweet for me. I am being very picky because, overall, they are good. Great place for kids, as we found out. Inside is very loud! Enjoy!

These are the best donuts in Charlotte! Our favorite donut shop recently closed and decided to give this place a shot. All the flavors we tried were amazing and we can’t wait to come back and try the filled-to-order donuts. Vietnamese coffee was also a hit. A better price than other shops around and better quality.
