What neilh doesn't like about Firebirds Wood Fired Grill:
A frequent guest, love the mixed greens salad , the salmon, burgers, etc. Visits the since Covid have not seen service return to prior levels. Last night, It took 20 minutes to get a beer. 50 minutes for entrees to come and one is wrong. We did not pay for our meal which is great, but there is something systemically wrong there! We may try the Stonecrest location but we are done at Southpark. View all feedback.
Liv was an amazing server. She was so patient and sweet. She provided excellent service. Even her manager Daniel was amazing. I love you all and I will be back.
Parking: Parking is extremely limited. There’s one parking lot in the rear that handles a limited amount of cars.
Ordered on doordash. Got the burger and fries, and wings. Burger was really good and the fries were the best I have had in Charlotte. Wings were also nice sized and had nice, crisp celery with them.
We go every Monday salmon is delicious chefs are awesome I’m picky and they always get it right g great bartenders friendly atmosphere
The food was alright for the price. Steak could've used better seasoning, nothing was special aside from the atmosphere.
