The cashier girl couldn't even smile or say hello. Then I told her I was staying here and my (burnt milky) cappuccino came out in a paper cup. I also ordered an egg and cheese, which they put the wrong name on so I sat there for 15 minutes with no sandwich then when I asked she was like oh you can have this one thats been sitting here for 15 minutes. Walked in and loved the scenery right away. I was looking forward to this because of all of the picture I had seen. I went up to the counter to order and my mood turned upside down. The service from the lady with glasses behind the counter was horrible. Her mood was so bad and had even forgotten the cronut my sister had ordered and we had to go back and ask again and she wasn’t even apologetic and made it like it was my mistake. I saw her do that for another family too. Dropped my overall experience from a 10 to a 2. Everyone else was so nice and helpful.
Very nice spot. Good parking is hard to find, though. I have tried a few different drinks there and haven't been disappointed with any of them. Plus the atmosphere is unlike most coffee places I've been to. 100% worth checking out
Every time I visit Charlotte I have to stop here. My favorite coffee shop i’ve been to with the most unique and wonderful atmosphere. The employees are always so kind and my coffee is always perfect. I always have to add a sugar or milk to my lattes at other coffee shops but i never have to alter what i’m served here. Love it!

This is a cute coffee shop inside the Charlotte Marriott City Center! They had a variety of snacks, sandwiches, pastries and drinks. The seating here is made for all types of people! See pictures for what I mean! My latte coffee was smooth and better than Starbucks! My donut cronut was so good, I ate the entire thing! Staff was sweet and helped me make a pastry decision!
