Had wedding event for son and his fiancé. The disappoint of being bumped from chosen room was far out weighed by service and food quality. We kept our mouths shut. Our guest never knew and enjoyed themselves for many hours. They complimented the food which I too enjoyed. They complimented everything. What Victoria Bonter doesn't like about Charlotte Marriott Southpark:
Excellent restaurant food and great service. The room was not up to Marriott's usual standards, however house keeping was good. The view was lacking, and the room was dark. There was no insuite safe, and it appeared as though someone had previously tried to break into the room, as evidenced by the door damage. View all feedback.

An amazing stay at the Marriott Southpark. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.
The outside of this hotel was pretty underwhelming compared to the AC hotel next door although when we came inside it was really nice and renovated. We had club lounge which had a pretty nice snack collection in the lounge with breakfast, snacks and drinks. Parking was limited there and the garage's spots were very narrow. The rooms were spacious and modern, but the rooms could have been cleaner as there was dust covering the walls. The location is ideal with it being right in front of the mall. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!
