Unfortunately, since what appears to be a change of management, the experience is no longer the same. The cuisine has clearly lost quality and finesse, which is a real shame. The welcome remains professional, but the service lacks rigor. A concrete example: a brown stain in my Prosecco glass, probably due to improper cleaning after a dessert previously served in the same glass. I discreetly pointed it out, specifying that it wasn't serious and that I just needed to replace the glass. The result: they brought me a clean glass, okay... but they still charged me for the entire glass, without the slightest gesture of goodwill. I have no problem paying for what I consume, even with a minor incident, but I expect a minimum of consideration in return, especially when I remain courteous and understanding. This kind of detail makes all the difference in professional service. In short: an address that had a lot of charm and quality, but which today deserves to rethink itself if it wants to keep its loyal customers.
