Spacious area with comfortable seating, offering complimentary alcoholic drinks, juice, lemon cucumber water, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, sausages, and eggs. The food is slightly lukewarm but overall good. It's a great place to relax before your flight, featuring an intimate atmosphere with a nice view of the planes taking off. A quiet and pleasant travel club. View all feedback.
What Lyle O doesn't like about United Club:
Really depressing United Club. IAD is one of the worst airports in the USA so I suppose it's fitting. Drab, a little filthy, and worn. The food on hand was picked over and inedible. Bar is okay, but the bartender seemed like her cat just died. Truly bummer service. With so many great Clubs around the states, why is this one so pathetic? View all feedback.
The lounges definitely need a makeover; they’re not in great condition, and honestly, neither is the airport itself. However, I find Dulles to be very convenient for me as it’s just an 18-minute drive from my home. I don’t usually eat the food, so I can't comment on it, but it doesn't look very appealing, especially compared to lounges at other airports. I usually just prepare some tea, grab a few bananas for my flight, and charge my phone and Apple Watch while I wait. I don't typically use the bar, and when I do, I choose to pay for my drink because I prefer Tito's over the well drinks.
The lounge is medium-sized and offers a nice variety of seating options, primarily featuring individual seats at tables equipped with charging stations. During my visit on a Tuesday evening around 6 PM, the place was nearly empty. The food selection included a taco and salad bar, along with a few sandwich choices. The soup of the day was red pepper smoked Gouda, which was decent. Additionally, there is a second club and a Polaris Lounge in Terminal C. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The restaurant boasts a spacious environment with comfortable seating and complimentary beverages, including alcoholic drinks, juice, and lemon cucumber water. They offer a variety of food options like cereals, oatmeal, bagels, sausages, and eggs. While the food could be a bit warmer, it is generally quite good. This is a wonderful spot to unwind before your flight, complete with a cozy atmosphere and a lovely view of planes taking off. It's a peaceful and enjoyable travel club.
United club at Dulles airport. I had an early morning flight so I was here between 6AM and 7:30AM. It was mostly empty, but staff was nice. Food choices were limited, and being on vegan kick, I only had cereal or fruit choices to pick from. Ambience was quiet, but it seemed to be an older club. Overall not bad, and not great.
It's very crowded in the lounge but nevertheless it is a nice place to hang out for a few hours.
