I haven't eaten on a Potbelly for a long time. I remember loving her sandwiches, but this time I have the Italian. It was good, but I didn't cost it as much as I used to. Not sure why. I love coming here for my sandwiches! Karen is brilliant and always so enthusiastic. I love their energy and their care in their customer service.
