It would have been faster to get in line and reorder my food. Even after my scheduled pickup time arrived and I informed them, it still took a long time to receive my order. This experience is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.

The portion sizes here are pathetic. they do like a half scoop of rice and call it a day. ? idk if all the locations are like this now or what, but it's literal... read more The portion sizes here are pathetic. they do like a half scoop of rice and call it a day. ? idk if all the locations are like this now or what, but it's literally half the amount of food you'd get 2 years ago... and yet it's two bucks more. gotta love inflation. (thanks joe! I wish I had taken a picture of those anemic little half sized steak cubes they gave me, barely the size of my pinky's fingernail, but unfortunately in three bites I had already finished my bowl. they blame corporate, but idk, I go to the Ashburn one and get twice as much food for a little less money somehow. so much like current gas prices, (thanks joe! it might be worth it to shop around for the best price, and find a location that treats you like a human being rather than a statistic in a sales report. yikes.

These include salad dressing, black beans, and guacamole. In one instance, staff went all the way through the process of making a greens bowl only to say they're out of dressing at the very end. Disappointing.

I reported the first incident over six months ago and was hoping for an improvement. Last night, after ordering a burrito, I noticed a slimy texture in the food after just a few bites, prompting me to discard it immediately. The employees here do not adhere to proper hygiene practices; when I asked for fresh lettuce because the leftover lettuce was extremely old and wilted, the employee simply grabbed a new bin but mixed it with the old one instead of discarding it. This is unacceptable! I believe Chipotle should shut down this location. It seems they don't take negative reviews seriously. I highly recommend avoiding this place and going to CAVA instead—I’ve never had any issues after eating there!
