I accidentally spilled my drink at the lobby. I went and informed the guy in the register and he literally punched the wall. He huffed and puffed about the whole situation. I literally tried my best to clean it with napkins but of course that was going to pick up the spill quickly. He was not nice at all and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m always very understanding when it comes to customer service but this action really took it too far. Service: Dine in

This is my 3rd time coming here and being given terrible service the 1st it was night the guy in windows had a horrible attitude the 2nd waited 20 minutes fries were old brown and old looking and 3rd waited 15 minutes and fries were cold and old. 3 strikes your out for me. This place used to be good. I used to go there to eat and study during my Masters program. I'm not sure what happened, but don't waste your time or money. Meal type: Dinner
