What User doesn't like about Minuti Coffee:
Customer service needs improvement. Placed and paid for Coffee, Hot Chocolate and a breakfast sandwich with a request to reheat since the sandwich was in the cooler. Took a seat and waited for the order. Notified drinks were ready. Picked them up and returned to the cashier and asked if my breakfast sandwich was ready. The young man tells me, I'll be with, there are customers before you. I asked, have I not paid for... View all feedback.

This coffee shop is attached to an upscale apartment. It's nice, small and quiet so it's a good place to get some work done. They only have coffee, tea and smoothies. Granted their drinks are awesome but don't come hungry. It's also right off the rail which makes it very convienent!
Went to Minuti yesterday with one of my friends and the service was amazing! The lady at the register was so sweet! 10/10 recommend. I got Vietnamese coffee and it was so creamy and yummy. Way better than most chain coffee shops. I also got a pistachio muffin which was also super delicious. Will definitely be coming back!

Took a seat and waited for the order. Notified drinks were ready. Picked them up and returned to the cashier and asked if my breakfast sandwich was ready. The young man tells me, I'll be with, there are customers before you. I asked, have I not paid for the breakfast sandwich? He replied yes. I just need to warm it after I help these customers. I was surprised and asked for my sandwich, telling him I'll put it in the microwave at work At a minimum, The proper Customer service thing to do is to excuse yourself from the customers discussing what to order and at least place the sandwich in the microwave
The restaurant has a charming atmosphere with a welcoming and attentive staff. I tried a dirty chai and it was one of the best I've ever had. The pistachio muffin and chocolate croissant were both delicious. A great bonus is that they are dog-friendly as well!
