Started ordering from Channahon store didn’t realize it diverted me to Morris. The guy at the drive thru was very patient and friendly (unfortunately I don’t remember his name he had glasses) Persuaded my son to try the New Yorker he ate almost the whole pizza ? Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, went to pick it up it wasn’t stuffed crust. They admitted the mistake was on their end the offered to remake it. I had to wait all over again when I returned to pick it up the 2nd time, they charged me full price, never even took $1 off for the inconvenience, didn’t throw an order of bread sticks in or even give a coupon for a couple of bucks off of the next order.
