I hope the owner sees this because this is consistently one of the most disappointing Chipotle's that I regretfully visit because it's the closest one to my house.I am and have been the biggest Chipotle fan for decades now, but this is hands down the worst location I have frequented. Let me tell you why.This is the only location I have visited on multiple occasions during normal work hours (M F between the hours of 8am 5pm) that is closed to foot traffic, forcing customers to use online only orders. The door is locked and they will not let you order to go in person despite the restaurant being staffed for online orders.When they are open for foot traffic, the location is severely understaffed, and those poor workers are completely inundated with in person orders and a mix of mobile orders. There is not enough time for them to neatly make burritos and the counters are often covered with spillage because the staff is rushing to keep up.I recently opted to order online to prevent the disappointment of being turned away and that was an even bigger mistake. They completely butchered the order, using hot salsa instead of mild, and forgetting basic ingredients like lettuce and sour cream.These complaints have been shared with Contact Support link to Chipotle.To whoever owns this location, take some pride in your franchise. Hire some more staff and train them to nail the basics of getting an order right. The Chic Fil a down the road is packed with teenage workers so don't tell me there's a shortage.
