Rubio's Coastal Grill - Chandler

I love Rubio's food, especially that they have wild caught fish. If they could get more organic stuff on the menu, I'd give them 10 stars for food! The atmosphere though ever since the remodels is so bland. The inside vibe is like a best western hotel, zero taste and authenticity. They tried to make it look like every other place on every single corner when their old tile and coastal interior was so authentic! I remember as a kid in the 00s they even had surf videos playing. Insides need a remodel, they're bland and basic.

Me and fish tacos go way back to first location in San Diego Update 2/5/23 Ethan and the girls that work here are really friendly and handle themselves like professionals for such a young age. Fish Tacos great us usual. Update Aug 2023, Louis manager, turned a simple mix up into a great experience. He knows his salsas and the fish tacos were great!

Food was good but when I ordered my tacos I had to send them back multiple times. The first time I got someone else's food the second my food wasn't right.

Ordered a burrito for $11 and some change and a large drink. They charged me for and brought me a burrito plate instead for $4.29 more which had some under-seasoned pinto beans and some sub-par tortilla chips. Soda was weak, very watery. Disappointed, I don’t think I’ll be back again. Definitely not for $20 after tip and taxes
