Rewind Ice Cream Boba Tea - Chandler

Ordered the thai tea crush multiple ties and got sent something completely different

Ive been coming here for years. 5 star always, but I do want to point out that the size has been skimpier every year. I know they just opened another location in Scottsdale. Anyways, usually the milkshakes are filled to the top of the cup and topped off with whip cream with the dome lid. Unfortunately, this time around, the milkshake was 3/4 and the rest was whip cream. So precisely put that even the dome had no whip cream touching. I will still frequent, but I dont like the change in portion size over the years. Cups never change, but the serving does.

I order from here all the time. I had two issues recently that made me frustrated, but highly appreciated that the manager/owner called to apologize and tried to rectify the situation. I very much appreciate that care and customer service. My drink tonight is correct and delicious. Thank you very much, Rewind. Be wary, milkshakes will often miss toppings or even the whipped cream and if ordering items with boba, they will not be cooked properly, resulting in hard boba.
