Eating was excellent. the methi matar malai and saag paneer had the perfect balance of aromen. indian is one of our comfort food and it has really exceeded our expectations. please note the waiting period. go if you are not in a hurry. enjoy everything that comes (as if you are at a friend house) because they appear very understated. still was worth it. The food is fine but extra spicy even though I eat spicy food but theirs is spicier and that was “mild” on top of that the place was hot kinda feels like no ac was running and also they served us hot waterFood: 3/5 View all feedback.
Truly the best in the world!!? Superb tasting mutton biryani, Spices were just right, quantity was amazing. Excellent service rendered by both husband wife including chef Vishnu. Keep up the good work .
This is the worst biryani ever had, never ever order from here, instead of biryani they've served white bhasmathi Rice with left over onions on top. I've order natu kodi and gongura chicken biryani. Gravy was so water that we can just pour that in the basic. It worth only 5$ for each biryani. If management is reading this, if not tasty try to provide atleast quality food, will you build another restaurant with the saving from onions. Hope, food quality workers visit this restaurant.
AMAZING! I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant because their food smells so good every time I am in the plaza. It did not disappoint. Ordered chicken saag online for pickup and it was fantastic. I waited just a few extra minutes because there was a large group they apologized many times but it was no big deal and well worth the wait. Food was piping hot and clearly made fresh. Best Indian food I’ve had in decades. Will be back!
We just got cut mirchi from Paradise. Even though I ordered 15 minutes earlier, they want me to wait 20 minutes for what doesn't appear to be freshly prepared food. Too salty and bad in terms of taste. A cost of $8 per plate. Please uphold quality, gratify customers, and provide them some value for their money.
We have been going to Paradise Biryani for the past three years now. We absolutely love the food, but the service has gotten horribly worse recently that I don't think we will be returning. We went here for Mother's Day and ordered 4 items. The 4th item arrived 20 minutes after the other 3 items, and we had to wait for it to arrive. The wait staff never gave us any attention, and we kept having to flag them down for things we needed. The portion size has also gotten worse. We ordered the methi chicken, which arrived with only 2 small chicken pieces and a bowl of gravy. I understand that they are busier with their take-out orders, but they also need to give the same consideration and attention to the dine-in customers as well. In addition, the new waiter they have hired to serve the meals, named Gautam, is unhygienic. Do not go here if you expect to go to a restaurant with presentable staff. Overall, the dine-in experience is disappointing.
