absolutely the worst mcdonald’s I have eaten in my 34-year-old existence. the orange juice is not even juice. it is literally water with a hauch of orange. I can't believe they even wanted to spend it as orange juice. View all feedback.
Do not go to this location. They do not care. Tried using a code from the app and was told how poor I was. I was told that I didn't have enough money in my bank account to pay for my meal and that I somehow owed them $4 in cash on top of my debit charge. What is happening to McDonald's?
Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Every single time I'm in the line for over 20+ minutes just to receive food that is cold/tastes like a . Employees are always talking about personal conversations and swearing left and right. Not caring about the customer. I understand that kids are running this place but better training needs to be implemented. Never going back here again. Seriously look at the people that are hired/being trained. Would never allow the horse play in my company that I saw tonight.
McDonald's is not what it used to be. Ice cream machines usually down. Food cold. Kids working but they were nice ?
I was calculated extra for 6 extra pumps by caramel for my ice cream and that is normally free, that should not happen, I should know that I worked on other mcdonald’s places and the manager was completely lying around 6:30 o'clock and was not the most beautiful of people with an rude adittude to a first time? gassed in the restaurant. next I'm going back and that's a big one if I don't want them to help me. they were also going out?, gave attitude during the talk with the redner when I asked a simple question about tomaten????, to add the breakfast sandwich, and to overhear that they call me ghetto when I worked out uniform before I went to work to change into my daily work, is really terrible customer service experience that I had ever had to visit.
Absolutely abysmal. It should not take 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich, especially when it's barely busy. I wasn't even able to obtain my food, as I wasn't willing to wait longer, and the service I received when I refunded my order was horrible (cashier practically retreated into the back to avoid addressing my complaint). Employees in the back were painfully slow, laughing and joking around with each other instead of addressing the 5 or 6 cars in the drive thru and the couple of customers in the lobby. Restaurants like this are exactly why less and less people choose McDonalds as their fast food of choice. What a joke.
