Our second time here fantastic food. Huge portions and authentic flavors. Had our first fried green tomatoes so good. The fried pickles are to die for. They just need a couple more servers to make it an A+. View all feedback.
This place was great! You even have some gluten-free options including their roasted catfish, friend green tomatoes, and my favorite roasted okra all the time!!! The food was fantastic and the service was good. We're going to return.
Was in the mood for some fish so my husband and I decided to give this place an attempt. The Po-Junge Sandwich was a good size for a 12 and really delicious. My husband had the 2 record with catfish and bodian balls. is recommended to a friend.
Great food, just the right amount of can taste. Chicken Gumbo is on site. Muffeletta's over. The catfish shrimps are also very tasty. Super friendly staff.
Here with some staff during or noon. Everyone had great things to say about eating himself, we're gonna eat here again. Most likely take you out how the actual atmosphere was a bit of drab and had an unpleasant smell like when restaurants are disposed of by all used cooking oil and you have the bad luck to behind the building at the time (almost like waste water). It wasn't super strong so it didn't end to take someone out. It took a while to get our orders. Not a big deal, the dishes were legit and well portioned, but... I ordered the Jolie-Blon (imagined) and the Snapper was somewhat understated. Well, I have an iron stomach and often pamper in raw fish, so I didn't let it slow me down. Besides, everything else was phenomenal about the court, so something should say. But after the longer waiting period, it could not be quite clear why everything would be understated. I was in New Orleans and part of the wonderful kitchen there. That reminded me of my visit, well done. I look forward to tasting other dishes. If you sit down was a little more inviting and the fish was a shed more cooked, it would simply have been five stars for me. But I think these two things in most other restaurants would bring it to two, so pleasant the food was. My employees agree.
Pretty good..I was hoping for a more variety of chicken, but they have Alligator, (Heaven knows when you get that craving, it can be tough ale'n it) ...Plus a good selection of aquatic meats, most of which I don't eat..(I'm not a seafood guy) but if you are, definitely worth the stop...Plus this was the first time I ever had green tomatoes..and you can absolutely tell they or the batter did not come from a bag.. everything here seems to be fresh cooked which is always a good thing.
