Used to eat here quite often years ago until things changed a bit. food quality appeared to change. Things seemed to have gone back to the way they used to be.First off the prices are hard to beat. . Portion sizes are great and everything was fresh anddelicious. Has become the best in town again. Have tried every other place in the area and with the exception of magic noodle, they all fall under 2 stars. No complaints... View all feedback.
What John Dimatteo doesn't like about China Way:
First time eating here, and the last. I ordered chicken chow mein. The noodles were so oily and the chicken was so bad. I don’t even know if it was chicken, Doesn’t look, smell or taste like any chicken I ever had. And it taste horrible. View all feedback.
I don’t normally leave reviews unless the food is just bad. Ordered egg rolls and they came out hard as a rock super hard color obviously way over cooked with no moisture at all in the middle dry with no taste. The sweet and sour chicken was so badmy father actually threw it out and he eats everything and the garlic and honey chicken was also over cooked and super saltyprobably the 20th Chinese food place I’ve been to and the first bad review
On Sunday 6/5/2022 We ordered 2 dinner entrees and both were very very oily and not very fresh. One entree was Stir Fried Chicken was overly sweet and no spice. Both my husband and I were highly disappointed in the food and service. We have beencoming to your establishment since opening 30+ years and have never been disappointed!! I’m not sure what the problem is newand different cooks or what but the quality certainly was not there!
This smaller Chinese restaurant offers incredibly delicious food. The flavors of the various dishes are wonderfully savory. The portion sizes are great for the price, so you definitely get your money’s worth and more. It's a great place to stop by for a cozy, peaceful atmosphere. You can also choose to order take-out or have your meal delivered.
I used to dine here frequently years ago until I noticed some changes. However, it seems like everything has returned to its original quality. First of all, the prices are unbeatable. The portion sizes are generous, and everything was fresh and delicious. This restaurant has reclaimed its title as the best in town. I've tried every other place in the area, and aside from Magic Noodle, they all fall short, scoring under 2 stars. I have no complaints here—the sesame chicken is the best I've had in a long time. I also enjoyed the deep-fried dumplings instead of the usual pan-fried variety, and the egg rolls are top-notch as well.
This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I ordered chicken chow mein, and the experience was disappointing. The noodles were excessively oily, and the chicken was unappetizing. I'm not even sure it was chicken—it didn't look, smell, or taste like any chicken I've ever had. Overall, it was terrible.
