I have to admit that the food at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. However, during my recent visit, I was taken aback by the rude behavior of the hostess. Although she wasn't necessarily rude to me, she was extremely disrespectful to my colleague who had been here several times before. Instead of asking if he was familiar with the ordering process, she condescendingly explained it to him step by step. This was a surprising and disappointing experience as we had never encountered such behavior during our previous visits. Despite this, I must reiterate that the food here is delicious and served quickly. The drink selection, including alcoholic beverages, is good and the prices are affordable. Although there is another BBQ restaurant nearby, we choose to dine here. We even introduced our engineer friend from Mexico to American cuisine here and he loved it. I would recommend this restaurant, but I hope that future customers are treated with more respect. I won't tolerate such behavior again as everyone can have a bad day, but it should not affect customer service.

Do not bother with Rudy's BBQ! Can't Stop Smokin' BBQ is a great spot for my husband and me. We typically go to the smaller Mesa location (which may not be open during the pandemic, so it's not safe!) but occasionally visit the larger location for more options. The staff is consistently friendly and the facility is always clean. I'm happy they are reopening. We brought our family here when they visited the state and they also enjoyed the BBQ. I highly recommend it! Their brisket and ribs are outstanding!

Great food and staff is friendly. Love her brisket. I tried several places that had Brisket. This is my favorite. Always moist and they give you a nice amount of meat. Give them a visit.
