I have to give a shout-out to my guy, Shawn (or Sean)! He was incredibly helpful in getting our reservation sorted out. When we asked about song requests, he let me choose TWO! Later in the evening, he even came back to check on my second request, which really added to the fun of the night. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, making it a perfect spot for a date night. The bartenders were friendly and laid-back... View all feedback.
What david parry doesn't like about Amf Mcray Plaza Lanes:
Last week, our group of 15 was asked to leave instead of being allowed to play because they had booked us for a time that coincided with a tournament, a detail they neglected to mention when we made the reservation. So, we decided to make a new reservation for this week. Unfortunately, they were extremely understaffed, which resulted in taking over 30 minutes just to order a bottle of Gatorade and more than 10 minute... View all feedback.
My family really enjoys going here for bowling. Great customer Service. Always clean. Music is never too loud or too soft and I like that they gave us the option to go on the side with the lights on or off. Did not run into any issues.
It's been awhile since the last time I bowled there. The lanes were good and oiled. The staff was less than friendly. All in all, a pretty good experience.
It was clean and the lady was nice enough but $70 for 2 games of bowling with kids is ridiculous. We finished in way under an hour. Main Event has $30 all you can bowl shoes which is way better than $5/game per person. Bowling will probably be one more thing of the past at this price ???? They have signs everywhere saying they are short staffed too.....
This alley is always clean. The lanes are kepts up the bathrooms. The bartenders always nice attentive. We travel 20-30 mins. The black lights are lit up on the lanes so you can see where the arrows are for those who like to bowl but hate the black lights it's a great compromise
Definitely the most run down bowling alley in the area. Bad customer service, and staff that cares way too much about enforcing arbitrary rules, like not allowing a group to use lane bumpers. For the price, you?ll have way more fun at the 810 bowling alley, without the manger breathing down your neck like you?re in daycare. Drinks are also way overpriced. It was nearly $20 for one beer and dr. pepper. Again, go to the competition for a better value!
