The employees here are sooo nice !!!
I ordered a Trenta pink drink with no ice and extra base at this Starbucks. Unfortunately, the barista who prepared my drink was quite rude. She served it to me with ice instead of without, and she also forgot to add berries. When I pointed this out, she just removed the ice and added some berries, but didn’t fill the cup with more juice to make up for the space. She was unapologetic and didn’t acknowledge me or respond to my requests.
The baristas are so sweet, and always do a great job with my drink!
