The staff is always friendly and their food is top notch.Their pork and chicken skewers are moist with a unique blend of seasonings that add a great flavor without being overwhelming. The subtle grill sear still pulls through.I have never had Pancit until visiting Ku•ma•in, and now it is my go-to. Their garlic fried rice is flavorful yet not overpowering.My constructive criticism would be a suggestion to re-design the layout of their posted food truck menu.
