Sad to see this establishment falling downhill. I used to enjoy their food and ambiance but ever since pandemic times, they 've slid downhill. Food and service is nowhere it used to be and they continue to charge a 3% Service Charge for whatever reason. I wish they would get their act together. View all feedback.

They have a bunch of unique Juicy Lucy menu items to choose from, but I really love their Reuben. I almost always upgrade my fries to the jojos (potato wedges . If you?re feeling adventurous get the sweet potato fries with the marshmallow blue cheesedip (it?s good! The underside of the quesadillas are usually soggy but otherwise taste great. Sometimes special requests inorders get screwed up. They?ll happily redo it for you but once they made the same mistake the second time around too, and itwas an hour by the time I was able to eat.
Great fresh burgers! Nothing frozen here folks. Best fried pickles in Minnesota! Wonderful fun staff too. Great service.

My hubby was in the mood for some fish, Sunnies to be exact. This was the ONLY place that had some. I had a burger. Food was decent, not bad. BUT, they never answer the phone. So if you do take out you have to order online or order in person.
Stopped here for a quick app and drink. We shared the chicken fingers which were really quite large and very tasty. The reason for the four stars is that I took a minute to look at the menu for potentially eating here in the future. I think their pricesare really high! For instance, a 12oz. hamburger steak, with mushrooms and onions and a small side salad is $15.99! That's quitea large increase from about two years ago. I also noticed that most of their burgers are $14.99. Pretty pricey as far as I'mconcerned. Too bad because I used to like going there pre Covid. But I can't afford them now.

Good food nice servers, BUT I won 't be returning due to the 3% surcharge for employee retention and benefits . That 's part of doing business raise your prices to cover your overhead.
The food is excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's the best Juicy Lucy I've had in a long time!

Jaylon was amazing. Beautiful server fun energy and awesome attention to detail. She held up great conversation carried herself nicely and provided my family with awesome service. Give this girl a raise!!! Hopefully the next time we visit she is working and is assigned our server. Great work! this place also has the BEST juicy Lucy.
Great 5-8 location! My wife got the spicy Lucy and I had their fried shrimp: Both were yummy! The patrons were all friendly too; we made friends with a couple there which was fun! The service is really impressive! In particular, Brenda is a mega rock star! She's attentive, friendly, funny, and FAST! We'll be back again to visit!
Food here is always fantastic. Our table ordered Onion Strings as an appetizer and the portion you get is more than enough to share 3 ways and still have some left. They are thin and crispy and the ranch they come with is great. Tonight I had an Italian Lucy which was stuffed with cheese curds and topped with marinara, pesto, and mozzarella cheese. Eating it was a fairly messy proposition, but that didn't keep me from polishing it off in record time. The fries were crispy which is how I like them. Service was decent. Atmosphere was fine, but the music could have been turned down a bit.
Everything about this place has made me go back. My husband and I have tried every Burger on the list. Honestly they are all great. The atmosphere is always fun, workers are always genuinely good servers, food is always prepared exactly as we want it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Haven't had a moment or a food I haven't liked their.

The staff is usually happy to correct any issues, but I’ve had instances where the same mistake happened again, and it took an hour before I could finally eat.
I'm disappointed to see that this restaurant has declined. I used to love their food and atmosphere, but it seems they've struggled since the pandemic. The quality of the food and service has diminished, yet they're still charging a 3% service fee without clear justification. I hope they can get back on track.
