So nice to have a place that carries a good... read more This is the place to buy and have your bike serviced. Great service and they have a great selection of accessories. So nice to have a place that carries a good selection of bikes and accessories including high end stuff. Also they do a great job of talking care of adjustments and quick services (Like swapping out tires) without an appointment.

They have been absolutely wonderful to work with on buying, trading in and service on the bikes when I can 't do it myself. They do a nice job of asking what you want and need before making recommendations on what to buy. They usually have multiple options to pick from. I 've looked for a few items that they did not have in store but they helped find them either at there other location or ordered it one off and delivered to the store. They also have a bike group that rides out of the store and has options for all skill levels.

The bikes are in perfect condition with no scratches, dents, or any damage. The staff member at the store mentioned that the bikes are in excellent shape. I wanted to trade them in and was offered just $450 for both. Seriously? That's more than a 50% loss! I decided against the trade-in and will never consider buying bikes from there again. Customer focus? Absolutely not!
