I was hospiting the giardino hotel and had a very good dinner in this restaurant. highly recommended.
I came with my wife to a nice dinner while we visited the opposite of st moritz. we stayed at the hotel giardino mountain and had dinner in the hotel restaurant stuva. we started with the pumpkin soup that was overly sweet. I had. the server instructed when he was sweet and she said it wasn't, but she didn't cost it. the person next to us said the same. for a first I had the bark strawganoff with wide noodles. the bark came from a tenderoin and the sauce had a slight taste of senf and the whole dish was delicious, easy the best strawganoff I ever had. my wife had the bark fillet and it was good, but a little small. the bill came to 159 chf, which felt like a decent deal for the opposite. overall I recommend, but not the sugary pumpkin soup!
It is one of the restaurants of the steffani hotels in the center of st moritz. we ate saddles of roe deer and filet’s tartare these are speciality of restaurants, but also of the engadina valley. fantastic dessert. excellent service
Very beautiful traditional restaurant with a good selection of local traditional foods. service was excellent and eating was very good. the prices were also reasonable for the region of St.Moritz.
