Unfortunately the water... read more Adhering to slots in the sauna and whirlpool was poor. This is not the fault of the hotel but of the guests who do not follow the rules. Unfortunately the water in the SPA was always empty. The guests probably took the half-liter bottles with them. It would be better to install a water system or put the water in jugs.

The room was quiet and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds with gorgeous blankets, a spaci... read more I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Europe in Zinal last January. The room was quiet and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds with gorgeous blankets, a spacious bathroom and a balcony. Everyone in the hotel team was very welcoming and helpful with all my enquiries and requests. I had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was convenient, and the meals were lovely. There is a very spacious ski room which even has a small tool station. The location is just a short walk from the ski lift. Thanks again to Hotel Europe team, and I'd be happy to stay here again! It comes with soph... read more Come to Hotel Europe for the pizzas they are delicious. The ravioli starter is also a huge hit. BUT the rest of the food is simple tasteless. It comes with sophisticated descriptions pasta dome and is described with great words, but it is the worst pasta we had in our lives. Tasteless, bland, completely uninteresting. A child could have prepared a better pasta meal ! We chose the 'risotto d 'agrumes ', the spaghetti dome with zucchini and the gambas pasta. We couldn 't eat any of the three. We asked for more sauce, to add some flavour. The waiter gave us extra sauce, but it was still tasteless. We returned our plates almost full. 28CHF per plate and we barely ate any of it... The service had up until this point been perfect super friendly and welcoming. As soon as we fed back that the food was not good, the waiter took it personally and started avoiding our table and becoming unpleasant. They took one of the pasta dishes off our bill as a small commercial gesture, but it was too late. Too little too late. For something as bad as we had, they really should have made an extra effort to make it up to us. Too bad Europe, your pizzas are delicious, your hotel is great, and the breakfast is fantastic, but there is a real problem with your dishes !!
