I ordered a meal for delivery. not only did I receive no notification email that the food was delivered, but my meal was missing the cheese for the cheeses as well as my 20 oz sweet tea. eating was almost 30 minutes outside and was cold. I talked to a worker when I first called. he was extremely unprofessional, they have not taken account of the error and instead all on the third party (doordash) they work with blame. it does not say that my delivery would be fulfilled by a third. he explained this and said in the grunde, there was nothing he could do, and that came from the manager. I was also told that they couldn't call me back because they didn't have my number or contact information. it is on the entrance on the pocket that it comes. I called back a minute or two later, because I realized that I hadn't got my drink either. the same hired took up the phone and when I started talking, he put me in the handle. I called back, and the same person employed seemed to be confused when I began to tell him what was going on. I let him know that he had spoken to me less than 5 minutes ago and he said oh. I asked myself to speak directly to the manager and he hung up on me. about 5 minutes later, I will receive a call from the manager, who turned out to be just as unprofessional, twisting crisp and loud. my entire agency heard this conversation and we will no longer support this facility due to its lack of professionalism and terrible customer service!

Their fries are my favorite in town and they offer a wide variety of sauce and rub flavors to choose from. The staff is friendly and the prices are affordable, especially when they have their 70 cent boneless wing special on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The staff even gave us samples of different sauces and offered honest suggestions when we were ordering. The level of attentiveness was unmatched. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely make the effort to come back to Wingstop for my dining needs. The wings were cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor. The Cajun corn, wings, and service were all impressive, but when combined together, it was unbeatable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
