I think there a better places on campus to get Korean with similarly reasonable prices. I got the bugolgi fried rice which was standard, pretty plain, but satisfying with a fried egg on top. I'd probably recommend their kimchi jiggae more.

The spicy Korean fried chicken here is the best I’ve had in Champaign. Prices seem to be going up and portion sizes seem to be going down unfortunately.

Upon entering, you place your order at a kiosk and then pick up your food once it’s ready, so there’s not much customer service to discuss. However, the staff was very friendly when we greeted them. The atmosphere is lively and perfectly matches the hybrid vibe and culture. I ordered a ramen dish that was absolutely delicious!
