Penn Station East Coast Subs

Not sure if they're under new management or what, but our last few visits have been great. We've had a few incidents in the past with cold fries and a dirty atmosphere, but they've really stepped up their game! The food was hot and the tables were clean. The staff was also really helpful and polite.

Love their cheesesteak subs here. I get them with sauted onions, Mushrooms, banana peppers. The fries are good a large is enough for 2 people.

Penn Station By Meijer Gas Station I Can’t Remember The Young Lady’s Name But She Was Blonde With Glasses A Penn Station Cap. She Was So Polite From The Time We Walked In Until The Time We Left Smiled Every Time She Spoke To Us. She Was Patient With Us Even Gave Us Water Cups Without Us Asking. Once Our Food Was Done, A Young Man Brought Us Our Food The Young Lady Noticed That We Had Chips Cookies As Well. She Made It Her Duty To Rush Over To Us With A Bag Held It Open While We Put Our Food In. It’s The Little Things That Count I’ve Been To This Penn Station Numerous Of Times It’s Not That I Had A Bad Experience, It Just Was Never Like The One I Just Experienced Yesterday. Thank You To The Young Lady For All Of Your Help We Hope You Go Further Within Your Job Hope You Always Get Noticed For Your Awesome Customer Service!

Had the hot Italian sub. Only one onion slice but overall good taste. Men's restroom out of paper towels. Store seemed dirty. Staff friendly. Good location.

Noah on the grill is absolutely amazing he moves quickly and efficiently as does everyone else who works at this establishment keep up the great work guys!!
