Pandamonium Doughnuts - Champaign

I always struggle to find vegan doughnuts, so I was thrilled to discover that this bakery was nearby! The variety of vegan doughnuts offered can vary weekly, with sometimes only one option and other times up to three. Despite the limited selection, the quality of the doughnuts is excellent. I tried the triple chocolate, apple cinnamon, and girl scout thin mint flavors, and they were all delicious. The coffee here is also top-notch, with options for almond, soy, and oat milk. I especially enjoy their iced Americanos. This is the only place to get locally roasted coffee on the south side of Champaign, as most local cafes are in the downtown area. I returned to the restaurant a few months after my first visit, but unfortunately they had closed early.

My children really enjoy these donuts. I wish they would offer some vegan yeast-raised options, but the cake donuts they have are still wonderful.

I always have difficulty finding vegan doughnuts, so I was very happy to find out this store was so close to me! I've found that the number of vegan doughnuts flavors will change depending on the week sometimes there's just one, other weeks I've seen up to three options. However, the quality of the doughnuts makes up for the limited selection. I've tried the triple chocolate (pictured), apple cinnamon, and Girl Scout Thin Mint, and all were absolutely wonderful. The coffee is also really good here and they have plant milk options (almond, soy, and oat). I personally enjoy their iced americanos.
