Jumbo Crab - Champaign

Drove from out of town to pick up my to-go orders that I placed, which included snow crab and king crabs. By the time that I made it home, the seafood punctured multiple holes in the bags causing all of the seasoning to empty from the bag and into my car. When Jumbo Crab was contacted they insinuated that it was my fault for the bags breaking. THEY WOULDN'T STOP PLAYING WORK! We were there for almost an hour and it was the only song they played. The food was very good and the service was great. The portions were perfect for sharing if you want to cut down on cost. I just wish it didn't also cost my sanity.

I love this place even though it's like an express way to gout.

They need to work on there customer service. Food is not the best.

Visited with my family the food was really tasteful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was super clean. I noticed that they spray and cleaned every table immediately after dining.
