Dunkin' - Champaign

I am a regular at this particular location and they often have my order ready before I even order. Satisfied customer every time.

Donuts were completely stale, what few were actually there. Nothing 's in stock, employee attitudes are sour at best, very much a get your bad food and shut up vibe. Fast food management/ownership needs to understand that the pandemic isn 't going to last forever and people aren 't just going to go along with lazy indignant attitudes. It 's awful that wages/protections are so low for the food service industry but you need to be doing your job if you 're going to make any kind of argument for higher compensation. Just showing up and standing around isn 't enough.

For the most part everybody is really cool and friendly no complaints

Friendly and kind. Some donuts are gone and munchkins seem to be limited after 12pm. But they always give you a good alternative. Understandable since it is a breakfast place.

Ordered a large latte. A simple order. Pulled up to the window, and got charged $4.81 for my latte. Then I was handed a small. I asked why I was charged for a large if I'm being handed a small. The guy said I ordered a small. Okay, so why am I being charged for a large? This confused him, and he became very angry at me. He got a manager and he took care of the situation, or so I thought. After I got home I realized I was charged twice for my one drink. Sucks, this place used to be really good. The new management and employees that fully replaced all the old ones are awful and I won't be back.
