Both the host and the server were extremely accommodating. We asked to sit outside and, although they really do not serve outside, they fell back to accommodate us, even bring out a screen so that we do not have to sit in the sun. The good was standard Applebee so nothing special. Given our fantastic experience, we will definitely return! Thanks Terrance and KJ!

They’ll promise that someone will... read more This place is officially worse than Denny’s. You’ll end up spending two hours at the bar just trying to pick up a to-go order. They’ll promise that someone will assist you shortly, but you could be left waiting for an hour with no support. Then, they’ll inform you that they forgot to prepare your order, and you’ll find yourself waiting another hour while several dining room staff members just stand around doing nothing. It's not that they are short-staffed; the issue lies in their poor service and lack of concern for customers. Moreover, the restaurant is dirty, has an unpleasant odor, and is infested with bats and flies, even in December. This place is a disappointment. I recommend heading to Outback or Applebee’s instead—don't waste your time and money here. If you really want Applebee’s, try the one in Savoy; it’s hard to imagine it could be worse or dirtier than this establishment.
