Worst Tim hortons, I’ve been here several times, the bathroom is unsanitary and the employees do not know any of the recipes. The employee asked us how to make a Tim matin blt on a crossant and he also asked us the ingredients, when we got our food we couldn’t eat it. Employees need more training and manager needs to get more involved. Very disappointed, highly do not recommend this Tims.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I placed a mobile order and they didn't give me the correct items I ordered. (Order #9592 on July 6th at 9:00 AM)
Ever since the new management/owners took over this Tim Hortons in December 2021, the service has been terrible. The management has implemented a policy of having only one employee behind the counter during the busy hours of 6-9am. This puts an unreasonable burden on the employee, leading to a decline in service quality compared to the previous owners. I feel sorry for the employees at this location who are not being properly supported. I have decided to stop going to this Tim Hortons and now go to the McDonald's next door instead.
