If I wanted to eat at 8:00, I'd ask for my order at 8:00. It's Thursday not a weekend night. Customer service is the minimum. I take the trouble to ask 30 minutes in advance the minimum is to call if it is impossible to produce my order that I turn to another alternative.

I placed my order hours in advance, and now, 2.5 hours later, it still hasn’t even been prepared. It's truly ridiculous. I'm often informed that it will be ready in 30 minutes, but after over an hour, it’s still not here.
