I paid an extra $2 for bacon and cheese on my burger, and all I received was just bacon and cheese. I can only imagine what I would have gotten if I hadn't paid the extra $2—maybe just two slices of bread for $10?

Unfortunately, I was let down to discover that they didn’t have any root beer on tap! Seriously?! Is this due to budget constraints, COVID-related issues, or a staffing shortage? I waited 20 minutes, repeated my order multiple times, and they still got it wrong. Terrible experience overall.
