We had to eat our food very quickly to keep from eating cold food. The 3 stars is for the waitress. She was wonderfuland pleasant. The food was okay. Will I go back to that IHOP....NO!

My server came to my table quick to take my order and came right back with the drinks. The food was made to order and promptly delivered to my table. I was ableto get in, eat and get back to work within one lunch break. Would definitely recommend this location.
