I’ve tried dim sum in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, San Diego, Chicago, and even Thailand, and I can confidently say this is the best I've ever had due to its incredible flavors. The only dish that could use some improvement is the BBQ pork bun; the bread was flaky and quite thick, which didn’t match the amount of filling. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. The congee was $8, and each dim sum item was $6.
We ordered a couples dim sum, chow fun and crispy pork.We enjoyed all 6 dim sum dishes. We cannot read Chinese but we think the price was $6 for medium, $7 for large and $8 for extra large.Chow fun was also very delicious and large portions. The crispy pork, on the other, was bad. It's kinda tasteless and didn't worth paying $20/lb. We got 1.5 lb and really regret it.We will go back for more dim sums but will never get their crispy pork again.
Very disappointed with their food today. I ordered BBQ pork and roast duck with rice. The BBQ pork was so dried and tough that it ruined the entire meal. It's a $16 dish and it isn't worth $5!
Dare I say this is the best dimsum spot! Very casual and quick brunch spot! It is located inside of the grocery store but easily spotted from outside. All their dimsum items are great! And HUGE! Definitely worth the price! This spot kinda seems like a casual food court spot, you order at the counter, find your own seat and they call your number. The service is friendly. The shrimp dumplings were the best I've had, big, flavorful and cheap. What's to not like about it! The regular menu items, like noodles and rice are also great. The wok fried noodles were flavorful and had that char taste to it which I loved! The roast pork from here is also my favorite! It is always crispy and they never give me the too-fatty pieces when I ask! As you can see from the pictures, I come here pretty often and on many occasions. Definitely a must go if you are ever in the doraville area. Even if you are lot, I can say this is worth the drive.
