After walking through the Saturday market we found this great restaurant for lunch.Lovely entrecôte and a fish risotto, followed by a plate of sorbets. 64 euros for 3 adults, 2 courses each. The chef came out and asked what we thought, always a good sign.Generous portions.Recommended. Really good night in this restaurant. despite a lower selection of meals, but with extremely high quality of the food. the cook comes to order. I strongly recommend this place.
The hype and Pedigree (Bocuse and Ducasse training) led us to visit this restaurant. Overall, eating was ok and very well presented, but the fine that borders on lack of lust and repainting in aroma/blande. the service was excellent and when I had to return a 2005 grand cru chablis when it was oxidized- it was done without fuss or fanfare and immediately replaced without question by an alternative wine-so 100% for personal training and service maintenance. worth would have been excellent if eating tastier-sadly could not recommend.
The hype and pedigree-(Bocuse and Ducasse training)-led us to visit this restaurant. Overall the food was OK and very well presented but the finesse bordered on "lacklustre/lacking in flavour/bland".The service was excellent-and when I had to return a 2005 Grand Cru Chablis as it was oxidised-it was done with no fuss or fanfare and immediately replaced without question by an alternative wine-so 100% for the staff training and service attitude. Value would have been excellent if the food had been tastier-sadly cannot recommend.
I went many times to l'atelier and had great experience in that restaurant. But recently, I went there for business with 2 German colleagues on a Tuesday evening . Unfortunately, that evening there is No a la carte diner, but just a tapas menu... Which could be seen as a great thing. But those Tapas are a mixed of different flavors, prepared without care, not a fresh food... So very disappointing for our table
4 perfectly cooked rare steaks, straightforward, simple, tasty, tender, succulent. What more do you need other than French fries and artichoke salad! And a bottle of St Estephe Moutinot! Perfect supper! €144 was a fair price too.
